Hi All

To introuduce myself, my name is Chris Bond and I am a Project Manager at Northumbrian Water.

You will have received a letter recently advising of the upcoming works in your area.

The works will include installing a new surface water only pipeline for 1100m to the tributary of the Seaton Burn to the south of Beaconsfield Park at Arcot housing estate.

Our supply partner ESH Construction will be carrying out work on behalf of Northumbrian Water and are looking to start arriving to site on 5th March 2024.

We expect the works to take up to 6 months to complete, however with all construction work unexpected delays can sometimes occur.
